| The oil tempered
spring wire is produced with technology of Austenite
induction heating with eddy current detector on line
for defects without destruction. The eddy current detector
for defects introduced from German Company Forester
features the function of recording and printing the
length of the whole coil and position, number, type
of the marks (defects) to guarantee the quality of final
product. The production of the oil tempered spring wire
is wholly controlled under PLC program. |

Applications: for
cars, mini-automobile, motorcycle and other purpose
of anti-fatigue and anti-relaxation.
Steel grade: 55CrSi,
60Si2MnA, 60Si2Cr, 65Mn, etc.
Standard: JISG3560-94,
YB/T5104-93, YB/T5102-93, YB/T5105-93, etc. and other
international standards, also supply according to customer's
requirement.
Diameter: 4.0 mm.-15.0
mm.
Features: durable,
good in performance of anti-relaxation, quality surface.

(SAE9254, SUP12), 50CrV, 67CrV, etc.

etc. and other international standards, also supply

Features: durable,
good in performance of anti-relaxation, stable process,

grade 10

than 15μm, in center is less than 20μm
3. Ratio of yield is more than 0.9, deviation of tensile
strength for wire in one circle does not overrun 50

4. The maximum coil of product is 1.2 ton
5. The product can be provided with both the shaved
and the unshaved
process: Pickling - shaving - drawing - oil quenching
